What’s been happening:

I graduated from Williams College in 1950 with a BA in Art History, went home to Meyersdale, PA to help run the family coal mines. In 1953 I came to Penn State as a third year student of Architecture, graduating in 1956. While a student, I worked in the office of Prof. Philip Hallock and stayed there until 1963. In 1961 Prof. Osborne invited me to teach Architecture part time and I became full time in 1962. I moved over to Architectural Engineering in 1964 and taught there until retiring in December 1991, picking up a MS in AE along the way. Since retiring, I've had a small architectural practice in State College. I have a great wife and two wonderful daughters and enjoy doing as little as possible.
